Supplier screening
Approve suppliers with evidence behind the decision.
Screen the supplier’s legal name, review the source matches and keep the result with your procurement file. Add known owners and directors as separate checks. Escalate the case when the name alone cannot answer the question.
- €0.39
- Per Quick Check: sanctions, PEP/RCA and criminal watchlists.
- CSV or XLSX
- Screen up to 100 names per file, with a 2 MB upload limit.
- Saved evidence
- Review source-linked name-screening results and export their PDFs.
Make screening part of supplier approval.
Collect identifiers
Keep the legal name, jurisdiction, registration details and website in your case file. A trading name alone can hide ambiguity.
Run the check
Screen the company and separately screen the owners and directors you have identified.
Review the candidates
Compare source details with the supplier’s identifiers. Similar names require review, not automatic rejection.
Keep the decision
Record the reviewer, date and reason for approval or escalation beside the saved result and exported evidence.
Pay for the depth the case needs.
| Question | Product | PAYG price |
|---|---|---|
| Is this known name present in the screened lists? | Quick Check | €0.39 |
| Is there relevant negative reporting? | Adverse Media | €0.99 |
| Do list matches need AI review and research context? | Full Search | €5.90 |
| Who owns or controls the supplier? | Deep Research Report: public-source investigation, subject to evidence availability | €14.90 |
Apply the same process across your supplier list.
Upload CSV or XLSX with a name column and one supported search type per file. The batch workflow handles up to 100 rows and 2 MB per upload. Each row consumes the selected product’s allowance or PAYG rate.
Use the API to connect screening to your own supplier onboarding flow. This does not imply a ready-made SAP, Oracle or other ERP connector.
Re-screen at renewal, after ownership changes or at the interval your policy requires. Monitoring slots depend on the monthly plan; scheduled runs consume screening allowances or PAYG balance.
Know when a name check is not enough.
Quick Check and Full Search do not discover a supplier’s ownership network. Where the parties are unknown, Deep Research Report is a separate investigation that can find public ownership, officer and related-party evidence. Missing or inaccessible records limit what it can establish.
A clear name-screening result does not certify the supplier, verify all beneficial owners or approve a transaction. Procurement retains the decision and any checks outside the screening scope.
Questions, answered.
How much does supplier screening cost?
€0.39 per Quick Check on PAYG, with a €5 minimum wallet top-up and no monthly platform fee. Each owner or director is a separate check. Optional research products and monthly packs are priced separately.
Does the supplier check include ownership discovery?
No. Screen known names separately, or use Deep Research Report to investigate available public ownership and officer evidence. Routine Full Search does not discover relationships.
Can I keep a PDF for procurement?
Saved name-screening results support PDF export. Keep the exported document with your decision under your own retention policy; the service does not promise an immutable archive.
