Core providers and their roles.
This overview does not claim to be a complete contractual subprocessor annex. In particular, underlying model providers, backup services and communications services need to be covered by the schedule supplied for your assessment.
| Provider | Purpose | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner | European application and primary database hosting. | Account and screening data stored or processed by the hosted platform. |
| OpenRouter and selected model providers | AI query planning, match review and report generation. | Relevant subject names, supplied context, candidate matches and research material. |
| Exa | Public-web search and content retrieval for research. | Search queries, subject names and contextual search terms. |
| PublicNode Ethereum RPC | Optional native-USDC issuer-block lookup on Ethereum. | Submitted Ethereum address and contract-call data. |
| Stripe | Checkout, subscriptions and prepaid payments. | Billing and payment information plus account/payment references. |
Processing differs between products.
Quick Check does not include AI match review, but some public-source checks may use live lookups. Full Search, Adverse Media and Deep Research add external AI or web-research processing.
The optional native-USDC Ethereum check uses an Ethereum RPC service to query the submitted address against the token contract. This separate data flow is relevant if you use Crypto Address Check.
Hosting in Europe does not establish the processing location or retention terms of every external service. Provider privacy pages explain their general practices; your review should also cover the terms and configuration applicable to ScreenVeritAI.
Read the providers’ own policies.
Review the complete chain before approval.
For your procurement review, request legal supplier identities, processing locations, underlying model providers, backup and email arrangements, retention terms and any relevant transfer safeguards. Identify which workflows you intend to use so the response can address the data that will actually be processed.
A provider policy link is not a representation that ScreenVeritAI has executed a specific DPA or guarantees every option that provider offers.
