Data processing agreement

Review processing terms before you commit.

If your organisation requires a DPA, contact support with your intended use and contractual requirements. This page explains the request process; it is not an executed agreement or an automatically accepted set of processing terms.

    Your organisation
Legal contracting name and the person responsible for the review.
    Your workflow
The checks you plan to run and the information you intend to submit.
    Your requirements
Retention, locations, supplier restrictions and contractual questions.

Send a request with enough detail to review.

    1. Identify the parties

Provide the contracting organisation, business address and contact person. Ask for confirmation of ScreenVeritAI’s contracting-entity details.

    2. Describe the processing

Name the products, expected data categories, data subjects, volumes and retention needs.

    3. Share your terms

Attach your organisation’s DPA or questionnaire and any restrictions on suppliers or processing locations.

    4. Review the response

Resolve the applicable roles, processing schedule and safeguards in writing before relying on specific commitments.

Questions to cover in the agreement.

The review should address processing instructions, confidentiality, access controls, assistance with data requests, incident handling, retention and deletion, subprocessors and any required international-transfer terms.

Requirements differ by workflow. AI reporting and live research involve external services, while crypto address checks have separate evidence and retention behaviour. Include these products explicitly if they are part of your planned use.

Do not send production datasets, credentials or sensitive case files in an initial DPA enquiry. A description of the intended processing is enough to start the discussion.

    Questions, answered.

Is this page a signed DPA?

No. It is a route to request and review processing terms. Any agreement, contracting parties and commitments must be confirmed in writing.

Does requesting a DPA enable EU-only processing?

No. A request does not change the product’s data flow. Any residency requirement must be assessed against the selected workflows and provider chain before it can be agreed.
