Crypto and VASP screening
Check the counterparty. Check the address. Keep the evidence.
Screen the people and companies behind a crypto relationship, then check supplied addresses through the separate Crypto Address Check API. Review source findings together without confusing an address lookup with transaction monitoring.
- €0.39
- Per completed address check, funded only from the EUR prepaid wallet.
- Exact OFAC identifiers
- Matches the address under the requested published currency label.
- Native USDC on Ethereum
- Optional issuer-block check at a finalized Ethereum mainnet block.
A precise scope for your integration.
| Capability | Status | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| OFAC published address identifiers | Included | Exact identifier under the selected currency label; no inferred owner identity. |
| Native-USDC issuer block on Ethereum | Optional | Set network to ethereum. The result includes contract and block evidence. |
| VASP, owner or customer name screening | Separate check | Quick Check covers sanctions, PEP/RCA and criminal watchlists. |
| Transaction tracing and indirect exposure | Not included | No hop analysis, fund-flow tracing or exposure score. |
| KYT monitoring, crypto batch and crypto PDFs | Not included | Address checks are API-only source checks. |
One synchronous address check.
POST /api/v1/crypto-address/checks requires X-API-Key, an Idempotency-Key and an integer max_prepaid_cents cap. A completed POST returns HTTP 200; this differs from asynchronous name screening.
currency is an OFAC label such as ETH or XBT, not a chain-coverage claim. Omit network for OFAC-only screening, or use ethereum to add the native-USDC issuer-block check. Unsupported or unavailable source scope fails unpaid.
Keep the returned check ID. Recover a lost response with the same key and input, or GET /api/v1/crypto-address/checks/{id}. Do not automatically create a replacement key after uncertain completion.
An address is not a complete counterparty file.
Identify the relationship
Collect the VASP or company name and known owners or directors. An address check does not identify them for you.
Screen known names
Use Quick Check at €0.39 PAYG per person or company. Add adverse media or Full Search when the case needs more context.
Check supplied addresses
Run the source checks appropriate to the address and inspect their evidence.
Record the decision
Keep source results, identifiers, check dates and your reasoning in the case file.
Source negatives are not clean-wallet verdicts.
no_published_match means the address was not found in the checked OFAC scope. not_issuer_blocked describes the native-USDC contract state at the checked block. Neither establishes that funds are lawful or that there is no indirect exposure.
Completed checks cost the published address rate; source failures are unpaid. Monthly name-screening allowances do not fund address checks. Wallet top-ups start at €5. Results can be retrieved through the account-scoped API, with no crypto portal history, PDF export or separate automatic retention control.
Questions, answered.
Is this a full KYT or blockchain analytics platform?
No. Crypto Address Check supplies exact OFAC and optional native-USDC Ethereum issuer-block evidence. Transaction tracing, exposure scoring and ongoing KYT monitoring are outside its scope.
Can I screen a VASP and its directors?
Yes, through the separate name-screening workflow. Each person or company is its own check. Quick Check starts at €0.39 PAYG and includes sanctions, PEP/RCA and criminal watchlists.
